HABUFA’s collections are rich, dynamic and highly configurable. The portfolio includes chairs, recliners, modular sofa systems, configurable tables and storage furniture. Many of the upholstered products are either modular or available in multiple variants and have more than 300 fabrics or leathers as options.

This creates huge commercial potential, but also complexity. Consumers need clarity. Dealers need better tools to explain options. HABUFA needs accurate product information across brands, countries, languages and sales channels.

One platform for 3D assets, product logic and sales channels

We developed a scalable 3D product configurator covering more than 2,000 products across four brands. Users can configure products by model, setup, fabric, leather, color, material and other product-specific options. Every choice is visualized instantly.

The configurator supports four languages, regional exclusive collections, recommended retail pricing and detailed configuration information, including bill of material logic. It is used on HABUFA’s B2C brand websites, by dealers in stores and as an embedded solution on dealer websites.

Because the configurator is directly connected to HABUFA’s database, dealers and consumers always see consistent, up-to-date information without extra manual effort.

The platform is also built for scalability. HABUFA’s product teams can create and maintain configurations themselves, making it suitable for continuously changing collections, materials and product options. For selected product groups, such as chairs, AR allows consumers to preview the configured product in their own space.

The connected setup gives HABUFA a future-proof foundation for further growth. New products, materials, regional collections, languages and sales channels can be added without rebuilding the system or duplicating assets.
