El Corte Inglés has officially selected iONE360, in collaboration with local technology partner Smart Business Technologies, to take a major leap forward in in-store and online customer engagement through cutting-edge visual product configuration technology.
In the first phase of the implementation, a selection of El Corte Inglés’ sofa collection and fabric assortments will be meticulously recreated in 3D. These digital models will then be brought to life using iONE360’s powerful visualization tools, resulting in an advanced product configurator that supports photorealistic renders and fully interactive 3D configuration, even for the most complex modular sofa systems.
With this initiative, El Corte Inglés aims not only to significantly increase conversion rates both online and in-store, but also to equip its operations with highly versatile technology that enables visualization of every possible product variant in supreme quality. This approach will help reduce reliance on traditional product photography, deliver operational savings, and provide a powerful boost to the brand’s visual identity.
